A Menu

Cold rainy days call for a bowl of celeriac soup...with a little chive oil you can't go wrong.

Arugula is all the rage these days...especially when there's not only roasted beets but pickled as well...some hazelnuts, radishes and a little prosciutto and parmesan for that extra love.
Caramelized brussels sprouts with pistachios and truffle oil greens....enough said!!!

A long braise on some rabbit legs brought us a tender ragout which we stuffed into these homemade ravioli...a nice little sherry brown butter sauce complimented this well.

You gotta have some fish and what better fish than some fresh albacore tuna from fishing vessel St. Jude. Served up with some pickled cabbage and confit cippolini onions.

MEAT!!!! An ancho rubbed hangar steak with a tortilla tomato jus. Served up with some sautéed greens and a fresh homemade tamale.

Did someone say Meyer Lemons?? In a cake with lavender cream??
